Jiarong presents the Bloom Absolute Filter for filtration applications at ACHEMA in Frankfurt

5.6.24, 10:00

Discover the Bloom Absolute Filter from JIARONG at ACHEMA in Frankfurt – revolutionary liquid filtration for more efficient and sustainable processes.

JIARONG International GmbH is pleased to announce the launch of a new product at ACHEMA. The Bloom Absolute Filter is designed to treat a wide range of industrial liquids, thus creating added value for customers. With its unique properties, the Bloom Filter helps our customers minimize resource consumption and labor costs. What sets the Bloom Absolute Filter apart from others is its unique filter medium, which consists of tiny glass beads in an ideal package. This "filter matrix" is unique worldwide and is based on patented technology. The Bloom Absolute Filter is available in various filtration finenesses ranging from 3 to 10 µm. The filter matrix makes the crucial difference: perfectly round glass beads arranged in precise geometry with defined gaps and smooth, hydrophilic surfaces. "The Bloom Absolute Filter offers our customers an innovative solution for liquid filtration," says Uwe Hanschke, Managing Director at JIARONG. "By using this technology, companies can not only reduce their carbon footprint, but also increase their operational efficiency and reduce costs."

Customer difficulties in the process often include constantly clogged filter cartridges that need to be changed frequently, resulting in operational interruptions and significant waste from used filter cartridges. The JIARONG solution with the Bloom Absolute Filter offers a defined filtration fineness and enables fully automated operation. The savings and benefits for the customer are many: significant savings in labor costs, no operational interruptions and a significant reduction in waste from used filter cartridges. The Bloom Absolute Filter will be demonstrated in action at ACHEMA in Frankfurt. Visit us to learn more about this groundbreaking technology and find out how we can help your company become more sustainable and save costs.

In addition to this product presentation, we would like to present our four core areas as the fundamental pillars of our company at ACHEMA:

Pre-filtration / pre-treatment: JIARONG specializes in state-of-the-art, energy-optimized and waste-reducing fully automated pre-filtration solutions, including TS and Bloom filter technologies. These pre-treatment systems provide an optimal basis for subsequent processes.

Membrane technology: As experts in membrane technology, we offer a variety of solutions including MF (microfiltration), UF (ultrafiltration), NF (nanofiltration) and RO (reverse osmosis). These technologies enable efficient and reliable separation of substances in various applications, such as industrial wastewater concentration and recycling, MLD applications, API, PFAS and trace chemical removal, acid and alkali recycling and MBR processes.

Evaporator technologies: Our evaporator technologies are designed for maximum efficiency and performance. We offer innovative liquid evaporation solutions to recover valuable products and reduce waste.

Dryer technologies: Our advanced dryer technologies play a critical role in drying evaporator concentrates and recovering valuable materials.

Through continuous research and development, we are able to completely close water cycles (ZLD). With our four core areas, we specialize in sustainable Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions for environmentally conscious companies. These solutions aim to minimize waste and use resources efficiently. "At JIARONG, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality engineering services tailored to the specific needs of our customers," says Uwe Hanschke, Managing Director at JIARONG. "Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that are not only effective, but also sustainable."
