IFAT 2026 Recap: Inspiring Conversations, Strong Momentum and Great Interest in Sustainable Wastewater Treatment

5/13/26, 2:00 PM

JIARONG@IFAT 2026: A successful trade fair week with valuable conversations around ZLD, MLD and sustainable wastewater treatment.

IFAT 2026 in Munich has come to an end – and we look back on a successful, intensive and inspiring week at the trade fair. For the entire Jiarong International GmbH team, the world’s leading trade fair for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management was a valuable opportunity to connect with visitors, partners, customers and industry experts from around the world.

Many of the conversations focused on current challenges in industrial water and wastewater treatment: increasing environmental requirements, the responsible use of water resources, economically viable treatment concepts and the question of how modern technologies can contribute to the sustainable reuse of water.

There was particularly strong interest in our solutions for Zero Liquid Discharge, or ZLD, as well as Minimum Liquid Discharge, or MLDLandfill leachate treatment was another key topic at our booth. The many expert discussions once again highlighted the growing demand for powerful, efficient and practical technologies for complex wastewater applications.

For Jiarong International, IFAT was also an excellent platform to present current developments and solution approaches for demanding industrial applications. As a specialist in sustainable wastewater treatment, Jiarong combines technologies such as pre-filtration, membrane technology, evaporation and drying to create tailored treatment concepts. This holistic approach attracted strong interest from visitors.

A special thank you goes to everyone who visited us in Hall A2, Booth 534 and took the time for personal exchange. The open conversations, positive feedback and many practical insights were especially valuable for our team.

We would also like to thank the entire Jiarong International team around Uwe Hanschke for their dedication, professional presence and successful collaboration throughout the week.

We are taking many new impulses, exciting contacts and valuable insights with us from Munich – and look forward to continuing the conversations that began at the trade fair.

Thank you, IFAT 2026. We look forward to seeing you again.
